EVENT DETAILS AND INFORMATION:

Once you have enrolled in the event you will need to complete an Off-site Release and Waiver of Liability form before the training commences.

CANCELLATION:

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, illness, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers and hotels. To protect yourself, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19 

• All bookings incur a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee if you choose to not attend the next scheduled date due to COVID-19 restrictions.
• This non-refundable cancellation fee includes third-party ticketing fees.
•  In line with the above, if the activity is canceled due to covid-19 by us and we are not able to provide a new date, the full booking price will be refunded

IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
20% deposit nonrefundable but transferrable in case of cancellation.
70% refund – 16 weeks and longer before the event
60% refund – 8-16 weeks before the event
50% refund – 6-8 weeks before the event
no refund – 4 weeks before the event

• covid-19 cancellation reasons include, but are not limited to; border closures, location lockdown, activity-specific restrictions, participant quarantine requirements, a positive diagnosis of a participant
• There are no rights reserved for damages.

 

 

CANCELLATION BY INSTRUCTOR

• The instructor reserves the right to cancel the activity up to seven (7) days prior to the start of the activity if the minimum number of participants has not been met
• Cancellation by the instructor due to a low number of participants entitles participants to a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• If the course must be cancelled by the instructor for other reasons (illness etc.), participants will have the option to receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.• There are no rights reserved for damages.

Sam Javed may also be supported by his team of highly experienced Wim Hof Method instructors who have been hand-picked by Sam Javed to support attendees during these learning experiences.

*For retreats where Sam Javed may potentially not be able to facilitate due to unforeseen circumstances illness, death in the family, etc,, the instructor details will be confirmed closer to the event.

IF WE CANCEL RETREAT:

We have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if we do cancel a trip due to too few participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund - it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue / tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:

• You cancel your participation in the training event
• The event is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
• Lost baggage
• Medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured

No Refunds or Credits for failure to attend the event or failure to complete the event.
