I’m based in St Kilda, Melbourne, and I’ve been working as a Clinical Hypnotherapist for over 20 years. Over that time, I’ve worked with thousands of people — one-to-one and in groups — and I’ve seen something again and again:
People are not “broken.”
They’re often just stuck in a pattern… and they don’t know how to change it safely, quickly, and for good.
You may also know me from the Wim Hof Method. I’ve been deeply involved in bringing WHM and breathwork into Australia through education, events, and retreats — well before breathwork became the new wellness trend. That experience shapes my work: calm under pressure, practical tools, and real follow-through.

My approach is simple: practical, focused, and results-driven
At my clinic I specialise in brief, solution-focused hypnotherapy.
That means we don’t spend months endlessly analysing your past or talking in circles. We work with a clear goal, we create a plan, and we focus on what will make the biggest difference, fastest.
Of course, understanding why something started can be helpful — especially with anxiety, depression, addiction patterns, or relationship dynamics — but here’s the truth:
Intellectual insight alone rarely changes a behaviour.
Real change happens when we work with the deeper automatic responses — the nervous system, conditioning, subconscious patterns — and teach your mind and body a new way to respond.
That’s where hypnosis can be extremely powerful.
What it’s like to work with me?
I’m not a passive therapist. I’m warm, I’m honest, and I’m direct.
I have genuine compassion for what life can do to a person — and I also respect the courage it takes to ask for help. But I’ll also tell you the truth when it matters. My job is to be a catalyst: to help you shift things that have been stuck, and to help you build a way forward you can actually live.
Hypnosis is not something I “do to you.”
It’s something I guide you through — and you stay in control the whole time.
Sometimes we use hypnosis to accelerate progress. Sometimes we combine it with practical strategies and behavioural change. The approach depends on you, your goal, and what your system responds to best.

A large part of my work has been with adults who grew up with neglect, emotional pressure, or abuse, and who are now living with the invisible effects of that history. When someone has been carrying pain for years, trying to “fix it alone” can feel impossible.
There’s a reason for that: healing without help can be like trying to remove your own appendix. Some things are simply better done with a skilled professional.

I’ll be honest: my work isn’t for everyone.
I work best with people who are intelligent, open-minded, and genuinely ready to change. If someone wants a therapist who simply nods and agrees while nothing shifts, I’m not the right fit.
